Our olives are pressed on the grove, within 24 hours, but more often 1 – 2 hours of harvest, resulting in oils with an extraordinary intensity of flavour and the maximum health benefits.

Noticeably different to typical mass produced oils, our oils exhibit a characteristic intensity which reflects the soils the grove is planted in. A bit like the difference between instant and fresh coffee, by preference you never want to go back.
For best performance store Neudorf Olive oil in a cool dark place. Although our oils have a long shelf life, for best results use within one year of purchase.
